FAQ: What is the “Coffee Shop Efficiency Concept?”

I was surprised by the great response I’ve gotten about my “coffee shop efficiency concept.” I  kept getting asked what it is. In this video, I explain the story behind it, and what a cafe’ has to do with your home office layout.

Before I started The Simplified Office, I was a Barista for over a decade in indy cafe’s. I also managed shops then owned two coffee drive-thru’s. Working in this environment helped me learn to create a work space that was super efficient.
