Does this work if I’m not a morning person?

That’s actually the whole point. We’re not turning you into a 5am person. We’re designing a morning that works for when you naturally/want to wake up. Whether that’s 6am or 9am. Slow is the goal, not early.

What if my energy is unpredictable because of chronic illness?

I get this personally. Every routine we build includes a low-energy version. Something you can fall back on when your body needs it. Flexibility isn’t a backup plan here, it’s built in from the start.

I don’t drink coffee. Is this still for me?

Absolutely. The coffee piece is about the routine as a ritual — the slowing down, the sensory intention — not the drink itself. Tea, matcha, warm lemon water. We’ll find your version of a grounding morning anchor.
