WANT TO UNLOCK THE KEYS TO MORE
FUN & GETTING MORE DONE
SO LIFE ISN'T ALL ABOUT WORK AND NO PLAY?
Mom/Dad? I know your kid wants to do better in school, have more time for fun, and be a responsible human around your home.
They know it, too.
But most teens and young adults lack the time management skills to know what to do and when to help them organize themselves and their lives in ways that support those goals they have.
I know because I used to be like that.
After having been forced into a situation where I HAD to be organized and manage my time, I painfully figured it all out. And I was well into adulthood when I did.
Your child doesn’t have to suffer as long as I (and maybe YOU) did.
I can help them:
- Understand the habits that are preventing from living their fullest, most productive and FUN lives
- Create new habits that will help them do that
- Be, not only more productive in school, but more successful, too (no more missed assignments, no more waiting until the last minute!)
- Create the time they need to do all the things by showing them small shifts they will want to make
Whether your child is a full-time student, a content creator, or young entrepreneur, I can help them unlock the secrets that no one ever told us at their age.
Why Time Management Mentoring is for Your Child
Time Management is an important soft skill that helps students prioritize tasks and more accurately estimate the amount of time needed to complete them. It helps them complete activities in a timely fashion, and learn to manage and stick to a schedule, without getting overwhelmed and burning out.
The school system teaches a lot of topics, but not enough life skills. Time Management is one of those skills that is needed but isn’t taught.
Peer Mentoring vs Tutoring?
Peer Mentors show your child how to navigate the entire process while supporting them in a variety of aspects including those beyond academics.
A Peer Mentor:
- Has been exactly where you are right now
- Shares the expectations that lay ahead
- Provides tips that save you time and effort
- Speaks directly to your concerns of the unknown
- Recommends regular touch points to gauge progress & stay on track
A Tutor is a student who has been trained in tutoring strategies and has successfully passed the courses they tutor in with a grade of ‘B’ or better.
After working together, your student will…
- Know study habits that help prevent procrastination and distractions
- Have an important soft skill to add to their resume’ and have for the rest of their life
- Know how to implement the next steps for goals
- Be more self-disciplined
- Get ahead in their life and career
- Know how to set goals and achieve them

How it Works
- We’ll have an initial 30 minute Consultation to discover your child’s time management needs and goals. This is a safe and an open conversation between you, your child, and myself to get the most out of it. This builds trust and a little freedom.
- Mentoring can be in person if you’re local, or online via Zoom or Facebook video.
- You’ll Schedule the first Mentoring session 1 week in advance. The rest can be scheduled at the end of each session thereafter.
- You’ll pay upfront securely through PayPal, in full or before each session.
- At the end of each session, I’ll write a summary for you on what I helped your child with and what you can help them be accountable for. This will be one of a few other progress trackers I’ll implement.
Meet Your Mentor

Like you or your child, I wasn’t naturally good at time management, goal setting, or planning.
It wasn’t until in my late 20’s that I finally figured out this important soft skill while working and building a business on the side.
After going back to college 12+ years later for AAS in Business Administration, I realized time management is a skill I wish I had started at a younger age. It would have made life so much easier.
Instead, I had to learn the hard way – showing up late, not realizing how long tasks took, wasn’t self-disciplined, and having a horrible sleep schedule. This made me get overwhelmed and burn out a lot.
Now, after 10+ years, I help friends, family, and business owners manage their time and priorities so they can get more done.
- Make it all about THEM. The more involved you child is for the initial meeting, the better. They need to know that although you want them to do this, they get to have more control in their schedule and you’ll help keep them accountable between sessions.
2. Let them know that you want them to be able to enjoy being a kid, be less stressed with school work, still have time to have fun and a social life.
3. They need to know it’s not all about hitting the books. They need to have fun too.
4. There is more to life than just doing well in school and this is your way of letting them have control over what they want to do and still get homework done, help their mental health, and have self-care.
